2025 Assessments

Statements for your 2025 assessments will be sent via the email we have on file for you and through first class mail. If you would like to update your contact information, please reach out to us using one of the methods above. Please note that the online portal will be available to take payment on 1/1/25.

I've already paid my 2025 assessments by mailing a check to CMA or through the CMA provided portal. Will Greenhouse get my payment?

Yes. Any payments received by CMA will be credited to your account. Any checks received by CMA after January 1, will be forwarded to Greenhouse for 3 months.

I have setup automatic payments through the CMA portal. Will this payment go through? Do I need to do anything else?

On January 1, you will no longer be able to access your CMA provided portal. Any automatic payments you have setup will be deleted on your behalf. If you wish to make payments online, submit an architectural modification request, access your governing documents, or conduct any other HOA business online, you will need to register for the Greenhouse portal.

How do I register for the Greenhouse HOA portal?

Simply point your browser to ghm.cincwebaxis.com. Click "Register" at the top right of the page. Remember, if you have any troubles getting registered, simply reach out to us and we'll give you hand.

Why does my balance say $0?

The 2025 assessment charge will appear on your portal on January 1, 2025. Any payments received in December will appear as a credit until the assessment is due on January 1. Prior balances or credits will not appear on your account until Greenhouse receives the final financial reports from CMA. We expect to receive them by January 20th. I have an ACC request pending with CMA. Will that be carried over to Greenhouse?

Yes. As part of the transition, Greenhouse will receive and organize all data regarding open and pending ACC requests. This process may take a couple of weeks. If you have an urgent request, please reach out to us using the contact methods listed above.

I want to make a report of something I see in the neighborhood, who should I call?

Please call or email your Community Manager, Caroline Perry, to report a problem in your neighborhood. You can reach her by emailing customercare@greenhousemgt.com or calling (469) 215-5321 ext. 103. The email address above is monitored 9-5 Monday through Friday and is visible to your entire management team. Our goal is to get your questions answered as soon as possible, so you may receive a response from one of many on your management team. If you'd like to reach Caroline directly, please add "Attn: Caroline" and it will be forwarded to her promptly.

How do I know if I'm receiving email notices from Greenhouse?

All emails from Greenhouse will come from the email address donotreply@cincsys.com. Please be sure to adjust your email settings so that these notifications do not go to your junk or spam folders. We only send out notifications regarding assessments, board meetings, and other Association business. Replies to this email address are not monitored, so please forward all concerns to customercare@greenhousemgt.com.
